Ancient Sanskrit Chant of Abundance

Just a little over 10 days ago, I was in a little panic.

Well, I am in a new city for 3 months now and my new job of choice as a massage therapist is a bit too slow on the taking off phase.

All my new qualifications were now nicely laminated and blue tagged to the wall, the new lime green massage table looked so very inviting in the middle of the therapy room surrounded by candles, incense and crystals. All was ready, but NO client. Zip.

To be fair, it is a brand new city for me where I sadly haven't yet made too many new friends. And even the few new friends I made through the massage course are scattered in all directions of this humongous city.

I made up some brochures, first offering $10.00 off, second offering a whopping 50% off for March only, which I personally manually delivered in the neighborhood.

Still no phone call.

Then my friend Jo introduced this Ancient Sanskrit Chant of Abundance to me: "Om Gum Shrim Maha Lakshmi Yei Svaha," using the power of the ancient Sanskrit vibration, one that has no doubt being sung and chanted for thousands of years in the heart of old faithfuls. I went home that day and casually placed the little torn piece of paper with the chant underneath my citrine crystal. Two days later, I remembered the piece of paper and copied the chant into a few different cardboard papers to carry with me in my wallet and my book. I even wrote it onto my Mindsurf script so every time I turn on the computer it's playing slowly across the screen.

The result was, my client base climbed from zero to twelve in 7 days. And most clients had an 1 1/2 hour massage.

I think what this chant really did was it helped me forget my panic and surrender my fear into the hands of a caring cosmos, the bountiful bosoms of a loving mother.

Lakshmi was the ancient Hindu goddess of abundance. The subtle vibrational change that happens every time I sing this chant is one that transforms fear into a calm trust. The change in my subtle vibrational level is what really produces result. Instead of vibrating at the frequency of fear and lack, it is now vibrating at the frequency of peacefully trusting the great abundance of this even greater universe. Like attracts like in this vibrational world of ours; fear of lack attracts more lack while a calm trust in abundance attracts the manifestation of abundance.

Another feeling that is generated for me when I sing the chant of Abundance is that of Gratitude. I am gently reminded of all the wonderful things in my life, all the helpful people and events that had been so generously provided me by the universe in the past up until the present. And I give thanks. Genuine heartfelt thanks to all.

"Om Gum Shrim Maha Lakshmi Yei Svaha", I surrender my fear, oh Great Mother, I trust myself into your care and I thank you for everything that you have provided me. Like an infant I curl comfortably in the arms of The Mother and drink to my heart's content from her great bosoms that promise abundant nourishment to all.

ps. at the last estimation as this article gets posted as my first hub at hugpages, I've done a whooping 45 massages at the end of March. Not bad for someone who had hardly any client for the first week of the same month.
